 The main objective of this solution is packing checkbooks and flyers automatically in plastic security envelopes, setting them with the Return Receipt Protocol (RRP) and sealing them inviolable.Basically the process begins with the RRP bar code reading, which contains the basic information to control all process. The “grouping module” performs the task focused on the contents of the envelopes, reading the bar code of the checkbook, comparing it with the RRP information, applying the edge glued label binding, grouping them (checkbooks and flyers) and inserting them into the envelope. The “inserting module” performs the tasks facing the envelopes, positioning them, reading and affixing the RRP, checking the amount of checkbooks, sealing (with welding pouch), detaching and dispensing them for shipment. The processing of checkbooks is completely controlled by software, recording logs for auditing and controlling the production and operation, keeping the process safe and with low operating costs.
